Our hazelnut base oils are ideal for diluting essential oils before using them on the skin. All of our base oils are 100% pure natural oil.

The common hazelnut is cultivated throughout Europe and Asia, and beyond. It is primarily grown for its nut, but has also been used in Britain and Europe as a hedgerow on farmland for hundreds of years. The use of hazelnuts dates back at least 9,000 years, with archaeological evidence of mass processing of hazelnuts in several locations across the British Isles.

Hazelnut oil itself is a multipurpose oil. In cosmetics, the oil nourishes the skin with some astringent properties.
