Our borage base oils are ideal for diluting essential oils before using them on the skin. All of our base oils are 100% pure natural oil.

The borage plant, also known as starflower, is a spiky plant native to the Middle East. The plant is now cultivated in most warmer parts of the world, including Africa, Asia, southern Europe, and South America.

Borage oil is extracted from the plant's seeds. It is very high in Omega 6, containing up to 24%. The oil is widely used for skin conditions such as dermatitis and also has anti-inflammatory properties.
